The firm operates two divisions. Our construction division delivers renovation and buildout work, including framing, drywall and painting, with flooring as the specialty that anchors the majority of our projects. Our cleaning division operates independently, with dedicated crews and separate service agreements.
Clients may engage either division on its own or both in coordination. Where the two intersect — a post-construction clean following a buildout, for example — the transition is managed internally and the client retains a single point of contact throughout.

Substrate preparation determines the service life of any floor system. We grind, patch and moisture-test before installation begins, because a surface laid over an unsound slab will reveal every deficiency within the first year.
